Before joining us, Francesco was Head Chef at One Paston Place in Brighton, and was crucial in establishing the award-winning 2 Rosette restaurant as the 'Best Eating Experience in Sussex'. (Sussex Food and Drinks Award 2007). With a unique skill, Francesco's cooking draws on the robust flavours of his native Naples and influences from his International career. The result is 'a real delight to both eye and palate' (Egon Ronay) and 'clever, precision dishes' (Hardens UK restaurants), which has given Francesco 'Time Out Critics Choice Award 2006 & 2007' as well as Good Food Special Commended Award for 'Outstanding Achievement'. | |
